2017 NEW YEAR’S CHALLENGE

Get your new physique off to a fast start in 2017 with my second annual New Year’s Challenge! This time around, you’ll be following The Daily Grind, one of the most popular and effective training programs I’ve ever offered on JimStoppani.com.

The Daily Grind is a five-week program incorporating all full-body workouts, which studies have shown are best for maximizing fat loss. Make no mistake, you’ll also be building solid muscle and getting stronger, thanks to the Grind’s undulating periodization scheme that fluctuates between high, low and moderate rep ranges on a day-to-day basis. Supersets, drop sets and rest-pauses are carefully integrated to boost intensity for maximal results.
