Your Sick Arm Program

Next time you create a program that works a muscle three times a week for three weeks, you should tell your customers that it is NOT recommended for people that are 58 years old.

I trusted you and did your sick arm program and hurt myself very badly. I tore my left bicep in two places. Because of the negatives and the over working the bicep. When I showed my surgeon and Doctor that program, he said that you are CRAZY, and I was CRAZY for listening to you.

After thinking about it. Yes, I was crazy for trusting you. Plus, no body with a PhD would recommend to their clients this type of workout unless he doesn’t have a regular PhD.

If I had the money, I would make you pay for my medical bills, and also the pain in my biceps.

Gee….. i was wrong about about you. I never, got hurt doing Kris' programs.
