What is your warm up routine before a weights session & also before a HIIT workout? Also, do you have a cool down routine?

Glad to hear that you are loving the site! As far as warm-up goes. I typically do a variety of dynamic “stretches” And then I finish the workout/cooldown by doing some static (stretch and hold) stretches.
