What’s the best way to improve on pull ups?
One of your workouts says 3x15 pull ups, as I can’t do many would you say I should do as many sets until I reach 45?
I’m just hearing so many answers for getting better at pull ups with negatives or doing as many sets till you hit the number of pull ups
Could you give your opinion on this please
