At my all time heaviest I was 365 lbs and only 6'2" tall. I was diagnosed with low testosterone, hypothyroidism, high cholesterol, you name it and I had it. I needed help so I hired a friend of mine to me my macros coach. After we got my nutrition in order he pointed me in the direction of Jim and his workouts. I've been using his workouts for a little over a year now and I've lost 140lbs at my peak weight loss. I'm putting on muscle now so the weight is creeping up ever so slightly, but I'm not worried about that. After taking his nutrition advice I no longer have high cholesterol, I still have a thyroid that's acting up but the doctor seems to think that will go away in due time and my testosterone levels are more in line with where they should be with someone my age. I can't thank you enough Jim, for putting these programs together and taking the time to make these research articles available to us, they have been invaluable.
