The JYM System

All your bases are covered around workout time with Pre JYM, Post JYM and Pro JYM.

The JYM System

Many have seen the benefits of Pre JYM, Post JYM and Pro JYM – which collectively make up the "JYM System" when taken together around workouts. There's no doubt these products do what I say they will and hide nothing as far as ingredients are concerned. Complete transparency with killer results is what I'm all about. What some people have yet to fully understand, however, is that these three products replace MANY others you may be taking. By combining them, there isn't a single additional ingredient or supplement you need to take before, during or after your workouts.

I've long recommended taking a multitude of different supplements around workout time, and countless individuals have seen amazing results following this advice. With Pre JYM, Post JYM and Pro JYM, I've greatly simplified the supplementation process before and after training to entail only three separate products – all of which taste fantastic, I might add – rather than five, 10 or more different jars of pills, powders and capsules.

So what products were you taking before that you no longer have to? Below is a list followed by a video on the JYM System. In addition, I've answered some common questions on specific ingredients you may think you need more of but don't, thanks to the JYM System.

Creatine

Q: Do I need to take additional creatine while taking Pre JYM and Post JYM?
A: No. I have 2 grams of creatine HCL in Pre JYM and 2 grams in Post JYM.

BCAAs

Q: Do I need additional BCAAs than what Pre JYM and Post JYM offer?
A: No. I included 6 grams of BCAAs in Pre JYM at the perfect preworkout ratio of 2:1:1 (leucine to isoleucine to valine). I also included 6 grams of BCAAs in Post JYM at the ideal postworkout ratio of 3:1:1.

Beta-Alanine

Q: Do I need to add extra beta-alanine to Pre JYM and Post JYM?
A: No. I formulated Pre JYM with 2 grams of beta-alanine and Post JYM with another 2 grams of it.

NO Booster

Q: Do I need to take any nitric oxide (NO) boosters with Pre JYM?
A: No. There are 6 grams of citrulline malate in Pre JYM at a 2:1 ratio of citrulline to malate. Plus, there are 500 mg of beet extract providing nitrates in Pre JYM. These two scientifically proven ingredients work through different mechanisms to boost NO levels.

Whey Protein

Q: Do I need additional whey protein?
A: No. In the 24 grams of protein per serving of Pro JYM, 9 grams come from whey protein (from whey isolate and milk protein isolate). That's 40% of the total protein, which research has shown to be the perfect ratio of whey in a blend.

Casein Protein

Q: Do I need additional casein protein?
A: No. Of the 24 grams of protein in Pro JYM, 12.5 grams come from casein (from micellar casein and milk protein isolate). That's 50% of the total protein. As I just mentioned with whey, this contributes to the ideal ratio of casein in a protein blend.

Glutamine

Q: Do I need to take additional glutamine with Pre JYM and Post JYM?
A: No. I have 3 grams of glutamine in Post JYM. That's just the right amount at the perfect time (after training), as my research in the gym has shown.

Carnitine

Q: Do I need to take additional carnitine with Pre JYM and Post JYM?
A: No. I have 2 grams of L-carnitine L-tartrate in Post JYM. That's the perfect amount of the best form of carnitine at the perfect time (after training).
