Workout Plan – Variable Training Method

This is one of the most popular and effective programs I offer on JimStoppani.com. Every two weeks, you’ll change one major training variable to deliver consistent results in muscle size, strength, and fat loss.

The six 2-week phases of the Variable Training Method cover all the major workout parameters: (1) exercise selection, (2) exercise order, (3) resistance, (4) volume, (5) rest periods, and (6) rep speed. You’ll also utilize the proven techniques of forced reps, negatives, and drop sets to boost intensity for faster results. Aside from making gains every week, you’ll learn what your body responds best to, which will pay dividends long after the Challenge is over.

What You Need To Know

Register Register January 1–31

The $20,000 New Year’s Challenge is a 12-week program. Registration will be open from January 1 to January 31. You must sign up and begin the Challenge by January 31.

Before “Before” Photos

Photos are required in order to be eligible to win the New Year’s Challenge. Start by uploading a “before” photo of yourself, holding a newspaper (or other proof of date) for verification.

After Weekly Progress and “After” Photos

You’ll also be required to take and upload weekly progress photos, plus one last photo after you complete the program displaying your final Challenge results.

Grand Prizes

Based on their transformations, 1 man and 1 woman will be selected to win a Grand Prize of $10,000 each, PLUS $500 in Trifecta Nutrition meals.

Two runners-up (1 male, 1 female) will receive a $250 Gift Card to JYMsupps.com.
