New Year, New You!

A new year means new goals and a new resolve to be better. And if you’re up to the task, it can mean a leaner, stronger, fitter physique in just 6 weeks. It can also mean an all-expenses-paid trip to Southern California if you’re one of two grand prize winners (male and female)!

For the last three years, my New Year’s Challenge has been helping people crush their loftiest fitness-related resolutions. The 2019 edition will be the best yet, with more participants, more social media interaction and motivation, and a training program like never before.

You won’t be going it alone – I’ll be doing the New Year’s Challenge right along with you as part of my continuing Train With Jim series.

New Program, New Results

The 6-week New Year’s Challenge training program utilizes my revolutionary Stoppani Full-Split (SFS) training system to maximize both muscularity and fat loss.

Other key features of the plan include a repeating linear periodized scheme, plus a trio of intensity-boosting techniques – supersets, extended sets, and staggered sets – to keep your body guessing and the gains coming.

I’ve also incorporated my popular 4-Minute Muscle, Super Slow Reps, and Tabata Builder methods, as well as weekly dynamic full-body workouts, for better muscle-building, conditioning, and fat-burning results.

Support System

I’ve given you a roadmap to success via the 6-week program, plus Dieting 101, but throughout the New Year’s Challenge I’ll also be doing regular Facebook Live tutorials and sending out weekly emails to discuss specific workouts and help keep you motivated.

Many experienced JYM Army members will be following the program as well and they’ll be able to answer any questions you have and provide further inspiration to keep you going. The best moderated fitness group on Facebook, the JYM Army will be full bore this January and February!

What You Need To Know

• Registration for the New Year’s Challenge begins January 1 and will remain open the entire month of January. 

• The New Year’s Challenge is a 6-week contest.

• You must upload a “before” photo of yourself sometime between January 1 and January 31, 2019. (Hold a newspaper in the photo for verification.)

• During the challenge, you’ll also be required to take weekly progress photos and post an “after” photo following the last week of the program. *Before, weekly, and after photos are required to be eligible to win the New Year’s Challenge.

Prizes

I will be selecting one male and one female winner for the grand prize. Each winner will receive the following:

Prize_trip An all-expenses-paid trip to California

Meet me and the JYM team and train at the Hollywood JYM.

Prize-jym One complementary JYM System

(1 Pre JYM, 1 Post JYM, 1 Pro JYM)

Prize-gear Free JYM gear and swag

To take back home with you
