My Ripped in 6 Challenge utilizes what I believe are two of the most critical elements for burning body fat while building muscle mass:
full-body workouts and high-frequency training.

Based off the full-body workouts featured in my popular #TrainWithJim series, you’ll be using a different training technique each week for six weeks to keep your muscles guessing, and growing, and stimulate your metabolism for maximal fat loss.
