Jim Stoppani Transformation Contest FAQS
How do I sign up for a challenge?
To join a challenge, you'll first need to register as a member on the site. If you are already a member, simply log in and click the challenge banner on the homepage.. Once you're signed up, you can easily register for any challenge you’re interested in. After registering, you’ll receive a detailed program overview that explains the type of training involved, how long the program lasts, and what to expect. You’ll also get a sample diet plan to follow, along with guidance on which supplements to take and when, so you can perform at your best throughout the transformation.
Do I have to join by a certain date?
Yes! If you want to participate in a challenge, you’ll need to sign up before the deadline listed for that specific challenge. Registration is typically open for about a month to give as many members as possible the chance to join before it kicks off. To see your countdown timer for the exact time you have to finish the challenge, log into the jimstoppani.com website and go to your challenge hub.
Do I need to post progress pictures?
Yes. Progress pictures are a required part of the Transformation Challenge.
After registering, you'll submit a "Before" photo, upload weekly progress photos throughout the challenge, and submit a final photo at the end to showcase your transformation.
For photos:
- Men: Wear briefs or underwear, no shirt.
- Women: Wear a sports bra and shorts/briefs, or similar form-fitting attire.
Please take photos using consistent lighting, angles, and poses each time to clearly show your progress.
What if I miss a photo?
If you happen to miss uploading a progress photo, please reach out to us right away at support@jimstoppani.com . A member of the JYM Army Support team will do their best to help you get the photo added. However, this only applies if you've missed one week. Photos missed over multiple weeks may not be accepted. So be sure to contact us as soon as possible!
Do I need to complete each workout before submitting the progress photos?
Yes, you’ll need to mark every workout during the challenge as completed before submitting your weekly progress photo. Make sure to mark each workout as completed to stay on track and ensure your photos are accepted! You will not be able to upload the next weeks progress photo unless they are all marked as completed, so this is a great first step to check if you are getting an error trying to upload.
Does my photo Upload Immediately?
After you complete your training week, mark each workout as completed and upload your progress photo; there may be a short delay before it appears. If you don’t see it right away, don’t worry, it’s still being processed and will be uploaded shortly. You can also log out and then log back in if you are not seeing the photo uploaded after some time. If you still do not see anything uploaded after 24 hours, please feel free to email support@jimstoppani.com , and someone from the JYM Army Support team will assist further.
Are there any contest rules?
Every transformation contest does have contest rules this will be found on the signup page and our JYM Army Service team has the rules as well just in case you missed them.

Is there anything else I need to know before beginning?
The most important thing is to have fun! Transformation contests are an excellent way to start or take your fitness to the next level in a supportive, low-pressure environment. Remember, this is You vs. You—you’re not competing against anyone else. No matter the final result, you’ve already won. Whether you achieve a huge transformation or just lose a few inches around your waist, take a moment to celebrate your progress. The real reward is the way you feel and the sense of accomplishment you’ll gain from completing this challenge!
How Do I take my Progress Photos?
Progress photos should be taken in a relaxed, front-facing pose.
Only one photo can be uploaded per week. Photos must be taken and uploaded directly through the Jim Stoppani App. This helps ensure all photos are authentic and prevents the use of AI-generated or altered images.
Take your photo after completing all workouts for the week, and try to use the same location, lighting, and pose each time for consistency. This helps ensure accurate progress tracking and fair verification throughout the challenge.
Please refer to the example photo provided for guidance on proper positioning and framing.
