The JYM Army Facebook group was created to help lifters, athletes and fitness enthusiasts connect with like-minded people. Members of the group share tips and advice, humbly show off their progress with photos and videos, and continually motivate others to get bigger, stronger, leaner and healthier.

Discussion topics in the JYM Army run the gamut: lifting, cardio, nutrition, supplements, past injuries, medical conditions, you name it. And all progress is celebrated in the group, whether it’s a major milestone like running your first half marathon or a baby step like finally bench-pressing 100 pounds.

I had lost a lot of weight on my own but hit a major plateau until I found Jim’s programs! His programs produce amazing results. I have learned just how important nutrition is when training. How important it is to pay attention to micronutrients vs. calories. His programs are challenging and keep the body growing and guessing. If it wasn’t for finding him I may have given up and gone back to old ways. Without my passion for fitness I wouldn’t be here right now and I thank Jim for partly helping me discover that in myself. One day I will meet him and thank him in person. His work is based on science and results speak for themselves!

After I had my son, I was determined not only to get back to my pre-pregnancy shape, but actually surpass it. It was at that time that I found Jim Stoppani and Shortcut to Size. I noticed immediate results with his program-sometimes even overnight, I could see bigger, fuller, more developed muscle and I was hooked! the 2016 Superman Challenge was just the motivation I needed to keep going and when I actually WON the challenge, my whole world changed. I can’t say enough about how amazing I think Jim Stoppani is and I am forever grateful to him for changing my life.
