If you’re an intermediate or advanced level individual, yes, you can add exercises. If you’re a beginner, we recommend following the workouts as written and waiting to add volume (exercises) after the four weeks are up.
Of course. Any food you’re allergic to, by all means find a substitute food that roughly matches the same macronutrient levels (protein, fat, carbs).
Yes. This program on its own will be highly beneficial. However, you may want to add supplements to get more out of your workouts and enhance results.
Yes! Do the workouts on whatever days of the week you want.
If you miss a workout, don’t beat yourself up. Just get back at it the next day. Do your best to not make one missed workout turn into two. If you miss a workout one day, consider doing it on a normally scheduled off day.
Don’t worry, everyone does it. If you splurge one meal, or one day, just get back on your diet the next day. Even if you have a bad week of eating, just try and get back on track the next week. Cheat meals and days happen.
Older individuals should consult a physician before starting any exercise program.

Any amount of the workout you do will be better than skipping it completely. If it’s normally a 30-minute workout but you only have 15 minutes to spare, do half of the prescribed sets for each exercise.
