Moving a Workout on the Calendar

From Desktop/Laptop

If you need to reschedule a planned Workout, Workouts can be moved by accessing the Calendar on a desktop or laptop PC. Simply click and hold the Workout to be moved from its Currently Scheduled Day (1) and place it on the desired Alternate Date (2).

On a Mobile Browser

While Workouts cannot be moved when viewing the site from a mobile browser, changes made using a desktop as described above will still appear on the Calendar when viewed from a mobile browser.

Using the app

Click the bottom "calendar" button.  then select the day, and the workout you want to change.  A popup will appear with details on that workout and, to the right of the date will be a little blue clock icon, click on that to change the start date and time for the workout.
