I am a 44-year-old single mother to a 15-year-old daughter, I am a personal trainer, and I love to work out!

I started my journey with the JYM Army on March 29, 2018, weighing 159 pounds. I had torn my hamstring in September 2017 playing baseball and was unable to do any type of workouts or cardio. It weighed on me both mentally and physically.

It wasn’t until I was lucky enough to become friends with JYM Army member Debbie Stevens that I realized I needed to make a change in my lifestyle. My eating was way off, unhealthy, and making me feel awful. I started with Full-Body Burn, modifying it to my ability to train with my hamstring being torn, and then followed with Five & Dime!

I started my transformation with Pre JYM, Post JYM, and Omega JYM. I started meal prepping again and began to make healthier choices with my food intake and portion sizes.

I currently weigh 140 pounds, with a total loss of 19.6 pounds, and I'm working on building lean muscle.

The JYM Army Facebook group has given me the motivation needed to stay on track along with my boyfriend Robert, who is my biggest motivator!
