The Reset That Changed Everything: Audra Harrison’s Super-Man Remastered Run

After months of going through the motions, she committed fully to the New Year’s Challenge—and saw dramatic changes in just five weeks.
Audra Harrison didn’t need a total overhaul—she needed a reset.
After months of what she calls being “relatively complacent” with her training and nutrition, Audra saw the 2026 New Year’s Challenge as the perfect opportunity to lock back in. And when she saw the program was Super-Man Remastered , she didn’t hesitate.
“Once I saw the workout was Super-Man Remastered, I was all in,” she says.
Five weeks later, the results spoke for themselves. She dropped 9 pounds (from 159 to 150), leaned out visibly, and—maybe most impressive—transformed her internal engine.
“I’ve always tracked my resting heart rate… but to see it go from 55–57 bpm to as low as 41 bpm, I was super proud!” she says.
Audra kept things simple, but not easy.
Her daily intake stayed tight at 1,850 calories or less, with macros dialed in at 185 grams of protein, 175 grams of carbs, and 35 grams of fat. Every meal was tracked, even when the foods didn’t change.
“Even if the foods were the same, I tracked my macros daily just to hold accountability,” she says.
Her menu was built around consistency:
And yes, a few personal quirks. “I love Sweet Heat pickles… and I didn’t track those as honestly as I should have!” she says.
To stay ahead of hunger and avoid slipping, Audra leaned heavily on JYM supplements .
“I supplement with a myriad of Pro JYM flavors,” she says. This includes Chocolate Cookie Crunch, S’mores, and Rocky Road in addition to Tahitian Vanilla Bean. She rotated flavors depending on the day, using them strategically between meals.
“If I had a glimmer of hunger… the flavors almost feel like a dessert to help curb those sensations,” she says.
Pre JYM Plus was non-negotiable. “Pre-workout stayed a staple in keeping my energy elevated,” she says, citing Juicy Orange as a go-to flavor.
She also stayed consistent with Vita JYM and ZMA JYM , which she credits for recovery and sleep.
Audra’s results didn’t come in a vacuum. She trains athletes—mostly kids—and spends time on the court as a high school basketball referee. That means long days, constant movement, and plenty of opportunities to fall off track.
Instead, she used it as fuel.
“When they see me eating my prepped food, setting timers for meals, or hydrating, it allows them (and me) the opportunity of accountability,” she says.
That accountability mattered even more given her physical challenges.
“I’ve had five knee surgeries and currently have a torn ACL,” she says. “Improper nutrition and fuel was taking a toll” by way of “inflammatory foods and an undisciplined lifestyle.”
The structure of the challenge—and the discipline it demanded—helped her take control again.
“The tough times are always present, but that’s the point of a challenge,” she says. “There’s supposed to be some degree of difficulty or adversity.”
With basketball season behind her, Audra isn’t slowing down. She’s already setting her sights on the next phase.
“I’m about to hop into Project X and up my calories a little before summer,” she says.
It’s a shift from fat loss to muscle-building, but built on the same foundation of consistency and intent.
For Audra, the physical transformation is only part of the story.
The environment around her played a major role. “Being part of the JYM Army is truly inspiring,” she says. “I don’t post often, but I lurk a lot.”
And what she sees keeps her motivated.
“At any given moment, you can tune into the lives of others trying to make a positive impact,” she says. “It’s been awesome seeing so many incredible stories and transformations.”
Five weeks. Nine pounds down. A dramatically improved resting heart rate.
More importantly, a reset that stuck—and momentum that’s still building.
