How Alexys Wilhelm Won the 2025 HIIT 100 Challenge

After a major life change stalled her training, a driven teacher from Virginia used the HIIT 100 Challenge to rebuild her routine, her confidence, and her identity as an athlete.

How Alexys Wilhelm Won the 2025 HIIT 100 Challenge

At 25 years old, Alexys Wilhelm knows what structure feels like. She grew up immersed in sports—especially softball—where weight training became second nature. Later, as a full-time teacher, training wasn’t just about staying fit. It was her outlet. Her anchor. The thing that kept her energized and mentally clear in a demanding profession.

Then life shifted.

After a major move from Pennsylvania to Virginia, Alexys’ carefully built routine unraveled. Time became scarce. Motivation slipped. And despite wanting to return to training, she found herself stuck.

“I recognized my deep desire to get back into working out,” she says, “but I couldn’t find the motivation within me to do so and make the time in my busy schedule. But that was no excuse.”

That mindset change—owning the excuse and deciding to move anyway—set the stage for what came next.

A Challenge That Brought Structure and Accountability Back

Alexys’ turning point came through family. Her dad Robert , who had already completed previous JimStoppani.com challenges, introduced her to the HIIT 100 Challenge and offered to do it alongside her.

That combination of clear structure and built-in accountability was exactly what she needed.

“This first challenge gave me the motivation I needed,” she says. “The structure of the challenge itself, and the accountability of doing it with family.”

She officially began the HIIT 100 Challenge on September 29, 2025, committing fully through November 8. And she didn’t just keep the journey personal—as a teacher, she brought it into her classroom.

Since goal-setting is a daily conversation with her students, Alexys shared her own training goals with them. She even added short workout “brain breaks” and active lessons during the school day. “It became a way to show them firsthand how to prioritize a goal,” she explains. “Movement became part of our learning environment.”

Early Results and a Mental Battle Worth Winning

Physically, the results came fast.

Within the first two weeks, Alexys noticed her body changing: more muscle tone, decreasing body fat, and strength gains that showed up quickly in the gym.

“I followed a strict diet and workout regimen using the suggested routines in the app,” she says. “I learned how to get the best results I was looking for—toning, gaining, and maintaining muscle.”

But the biggest challenge wasn’t physical. “The biggest obstacle I faced was pushing myself mentally to complete a workout after a long workday,” she admits.

What kept her going was a simple but powerful reminder: This is for me. The daily checkmarks in the app calendar held her accountable and reinforced consistency when motivation dipped. By the end, the transformation went far beyond appearance. “I’m extremely proud not only of how my body transformed on the outside,” she says, “but how I felt on the inside.”

Training, Nutrition, and Lessons That Stuck

Alexys leaned heavily into training consistency, following the HIIT 100 workouts and later transitioning into Muscle Mayhem , which she’s since completed. While HIIT wasn’t her long-term focus, strength training absolutely was—especially leg day.

“LEG DAYYY!” she says without hesitation.

Her nutrition evolved alongside her training. Meals were high-protein, lower-carb, and spaced throughout the day to support recovery and performance. She incorporated whey protein and learned practical recovery strategies—like using fast-digesting carbs post-workout —to support muscle retention.

One key lesson came straight from her dad: “A workout is only as hard as you make it.”

In other words, effort is personal—but showing up is non-negotiable.

Winning the Challenge—and Redefining What’s Possible

Following the challenge, Alexys received plenty of compliments on her transformation and muscle tone. But for her, the biggest win was proof.

“This experience has proven that even with a demanding teaching career, I can reclaim my body, my health, and my confidence,” she says.

She didn’t just finish the program—she won the 2025 HIIT 100 Challenge.

Now, Alexys is looking ahead to future JimStoppani.com challenges, including the New Year’s Challenge, and plans to fully integrate the JYM supplement regimen moving forward.

“I recognize the immense value JYM supplements can offer in maximizing results and fueling consistency,” she says. “I’m excited to experience that benefit.”

Advice for Anyone Standing at the Starting Line

For anyone hesitant to begin their own transformation, Alexys keeps it simple:

“Don’t be scared to start small, because it’s those small steps that lead to bigger wins.”

For Alexys Wilhelm, the win wasn’t just a title. It was reclaiming strength, discipline, and confidence—and proving that progress is possible, no matter how busy life gets.
