At 26 years old, Jaee Jaee had already spent most of her life fighting a battle many people don’t talk about—trying to gain weight.
“From my childhood to my adulthood, I’ve always had such a hard time gaining weight due to my health issues,” she says. “It was so frustrating.”
For some, the struggle is losing weight. For Jaee Jaee, it was putting it on—building muscle, filling out her frame, and feeling strong in her own skin.
She didn’t know where to start.
“I had no idea what my goal was, to be completely honest,” she says. “But eventually I fell into a routine and realized that working out was boosting my overall appetite, appearance, and confidence.”
That realization changed everything.
Like many beginners , Jaee Jaee started without a clear roadmap. She trained, learned, adjusted, and slowly began seeing changes—not just physically, but mentally.
The gym became more than a place to lift weights. It became therapy. “I knew I had to keep going,” she says.
And then life happened. Jaee Jaee lost her aunt to a heart attack. Not long after, her uncle was killed in a hit-and-run. The emotional toll was heavy. “It caused me to suffer from severe anxiety and sickness,” she says. “I stopped going to the gym.”
The momentum she’d built began slipping away. Her strength faded, and her confidence dipped.
“After a while I could tell I was losing what I worked for, and I felt so defeated,” she says.
But defeat didn’t last. Jaee Jaee made the decision to go back. She returned to her old routine—but something was missing.
“I was so bored with the workout and too afraid to change it,” she says.
Then came the turning point: new training partners who pushed her beyond her comfort zone. “I met some amazing new gym friends that helped guide me into different workouts, showed me forms, and taught me patience, consistency, and discipline,” she says.
That guidance—combined with her willingness to recommit—sparked the next phase of her transformation.
Nearly two years into her fitness journey, Jaee Jaee and her gym crew decided to level up with Jim Stoppani’s Super-Man Remastered Challenge .
Structured programming replaced guesswork. Intensity replaced boredom. Accountability replaced hesitation.
“I’ve never looked or felt better in my opinion, and I can’t believe I achieved this,” says Jaee Jaee, who noticed the difference with added lean muscle and increase strength… not to mentiuo confidence.
Training was only part of the equation.
Jaee Jaee overhauled her diet with a clear goal: gain quality weight the right way. “I’ve changed my diet, which has helped me put on weight as well,” she says. “Lots of protein, lean meats, and veggies—and NO cheat days.”
Consistency became her superpower. The same discipline her gym friends taught her under the bar carried over into the kitchen.
Jaee Jaee also credits her supplement routine for helping her recover and stay consistent.
“One thing that helps me knock out those slow drags and after-gym soreness is the Post JYM ,” she says. “I wake up ready for my next gym session—I love it.”

“I wouldn’t have been able to do this without my friends,” she says.
