Many people overlook their eating when it comes to packing on lean, hard muscle. Sure, training is of course the center focal point of success, however your nutrition should be the surrounding support system that can make all the difference in how close you come to actually achieving your goal.
I always like to use the analogy of a car when it comes to your body. If you want a fast car, you either buy, or in this case, "build" the car that you want using all the appropriate parts that will make it drive fast. Once it's complete, the only way to get the performance out of it that you want is to fill it with the right gasoline, oil, transmission fluid etc. Your body works the same way using the foods that you eat as the source of performance fuel when it comes to building muscle and or losing fat. Below is one of my favorite meal plans that I have created that will help you pack on the lean muscle mass you want when you go driving around showing off that "fast" ride.
