Pre JYM – The Supplement That Revolutionized an Industry

When I left academia to become the senior science editor for Muscle & Fitness Magazine, my plan was to take what I’d learned in the lab and deliver it where it was needed most: The gym.

With the right combination of nutrients taken before your workout—like creatine, branched-chain amino acids, betaine, and beta-alanine—you can promote better performance and experience increased strength, better endurance, enhanced muscle pumps, and better overall results.

Sounds great, right? But there was a problem: Back then, you had to purchase the ingredients separately and combine them yourself. Nobody made a product that contained this combination of critical pre-workout nutrients.

Even today, it’s almost impossible to find a single pre-workout powder that delivers every nutritional supplement you want before a workout. Not only that, it’s hard to find one that features even a few of these nutrients at the effective amounts—except, of course, for Pre JYM.

Why did it take until I launched Pre JYM for the supplement industry to start worrying about proper formulation and dosage? Because it’s easier to make a profit if you don’t.

Things like “concentrates” and proprietary blends have plagued the supplement industry for decades because it enables those companies to skimp on quality—and overall cost to them.

But who ends up paying for that in the end? You do. That’s why I had to take the recommendations I’d been making and put them into a single product: Pre JYM.

From time to time, people complain that Pre JYM is expensive compared to other pre-workouts on the market. But is it really? There’s a difference between those other products and a true pre-workout like Pre JYM and, in the end, it actually saves you money—and delivers serious results.
